Philipp is an official part of wake up since 2019. He had already contributed to Wake Up by supporting Arafat, one of our children in Entebbe for several years before that. Excited by the vision of Wake Up and the potential to bring real impact to a place where it is needed the most, Philipp joined wake up as a full team member in 2019 to support the professionalization of the organization.

With his experience as an entrepreneur and leader in the tech industry, he supports our path to professionalize the organization and handle the increasing complexity by establishing processes and building professional structures, where one of his first successes was establishing Uganda as an offical NGO in Germany.

He also jointly with Kalina leads our fundraising efforts in Europe.
